This policy explains what personal data I collect through this website, why, how long I keep it, and what you can do if you want to see or delete it. It is written plainly, because it should be understandable without a lawyer.

What I collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, a phone number or email address, the service you are asking about, and your message. If you send a file — a 3D model, for example — I keep that too. I collect nothing else: there is no analytics, no tracking you across other websites, and nothing collected without your knowledge.
Why, and on what basis
I use your data only to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote. The legal basis is your consent, given when you tick the box before sending the form, and my legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry. I do not use your data for marketing and I do not sell it to anyone.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiries for as long as it takes to answer them and do the work, and after that for no longer than 24 months. If work went ahead, the documents relating to it are kept for as long as accounting rules require. When the period ends, the data is deleted.
Who else sees it
Only I see your data. In technical terms it is processed by email and hosting providers acting as processors. If a provider is outside the European Economic Area, the data is transferred only with appropriate safeguards. I do not sell your data and I do not pass it on for advertising.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to correct it, to have it erased, to restrict processing, to object to processing, and to data portability. Where I processed data on the basis of consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time. An email is enough — I will answer within 30 days.
If you disagree
If you believe your data is being handled improperly, write to me first — it is usually resolved directly. You may also complain at any time to the State Data Protection Inspectorate in Lithuania (L. Sapiegos g. 17, Vilnius, ada@vdai.lrv.lt, vdai.lrv.lt).
Automated decisions
I make no automated decisions about you and I do not use profiling.
Changes
If this policy changes I will publish the new version on this page with the date it was updated.
